Join us for “The Slow Down” to ease your body, quiet your mind, and replenish your spirit. In this special 2 hour class we will open with Dharma and Satya Yoga, a flowing yin style practice with assists and adjustments. This will be followed by 70min of Restorative Yoga, comfortable supported postures. Certified massage therapist, Rebecca Eberhardt, will move about the room to offer body work throughout the Restorative portion to encourage release and flow.
